With a phone call or email you provide us with address details. We use online mapping software to get an estimate of the robot mower to fit your requirements.
On Site Survey
On Site Survey
Within a few days, convenient to yourself, we visit and survey the areas. Our demo robot will allow you to see a real robotic lawn mower in action, on your lawn(s). We’ll also bring our Kress mapping equipment and software to get a more accurate measurement of the cutting area and discuss other requirements, for example charging station location, garage requirements etc.

We won’t pressure you. We will however be here for any questions you have.
We recommend your robot is installed by us, to give you assurance your purchase will work as designed, however some Kress robots can be customer installed if you wish.

Professional installation by Deer Park Country Store typically costs £300+VAT for a residential property. Prices for larger or more complicated installs will vary and will be identified as part of the survey process.

Next well arrange to come to your house/site and we’ll configure everything you need to get your robot mowing. Well not just leave it there though. We’ll monitor to make sure you robot completes the lawns required and come back to make any adjustments, show you how to use the App to adjust all of the settings e.g. cut height, stripe direction etc.
