Cancellation or withdrawal:

Our returns and cancellation policy is offered in addition to your legal rights:

Before we have dispatched your order.
If you wish to withdraw from purchasing your order before it has been dispatched, please notify us as soon as is practicably possible. This MUST be before the time the order is dispatched and we have confirmed your request.

Once your order has been dispatched.
If you wish to return a product bought from our online store that is no longer required, you must notify us of your decision as soon as practicably possible e.g. by a letter sent via email and before 14 days, starting the day after the day which the goods were delivered to you. You are required to show proof of purchase with a valid order details document or receipt. All goods must be returned unused and in unopened packaging. We will then process a refund for the item(s). You can also use our model cancellation form below. Delivery costs will be refunded at our standard delivery rate only.

You can return your cancelled order items to our shop (address below) or we can arrange a collection via our authorised courier. You are required to pay all return costs unless explicitly agreed by us. If you choose to return the goods to our shop, this must be done within 14 days of you notifying us of your decision to return the goods.

You must not delay in the return of the goods and should send them back within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.

If we have supplied bespoke goods, goods to your specification, personalised goods or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly such as fresh flowers, you are not necessarily entitled to a refund.

Faulty Goods
If in the rare occurrence we supply goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their intended purpose or not as described, you should inform us as soon as possible after delivery. If you inform us within 30 days after delivery, you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery and return costs, unless there are obvious signs of misuse,. We may offer other options, for example to repair the item or part refund. We may also require additional information from you to prove the item is faulty.

We may cancel or withdraw from a sale of goods
In certain circumstances we may choose to withdraw from or cancel your order at any point before we have dispatched the goods. If we need to do this for any reason we will contact you to let you know.

Refund method
We will refund you using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days of the day we get the goods back or, if earlier, 14 days from the day we receive proof from you that you have sent the goods back.
